Xclusive Appearance ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, email, phone number, your vehicle's year, make and model, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Photos you upload through our photo quote, so we can quote the work.
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to text messages and to emails, with the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address and browser it came from. We keep this as a record of your consent.
• Site usage: pages viewed, the page that referred you, and, if you arrived from an ad, which ad. This comes from cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out service, send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates, keep records of the work, improve this website, and understand which of our ads work. If you opt in, we may also send news and offers by text message or email.

Text messages

Our forms ask separately for consent to text messages and to emails. Both boxes are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our Messaging Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Emails

If you opt in to emails, every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Service emails about a quote or appointment you asked for are sent either way.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• MinerOp, the customer management platform that stores your requests, quotes and appointments, and hosts this website;
• our messaging and email providers, which deliver the texts and emails you agreed to;
• payment processors, if you pay a deposit or invoice online;
• analytics and advertising providers (see Cookies below).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tags, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. You can manage cookies with the banner on this site and in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and quote records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep business and tax records, and honor warranties, then delete or anonymize them. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show your choice.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to our team and providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@xclusiveappearance.com or calling (470) 775-2410. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
