These terms apply to the Xclusive Appearance website and the quotes, photo uploads and messages you send through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes

A quote, including one from photos, is an estimate based on what you tell us and show us. It is not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's condition and the work involved, and we confirm it with you before any work begins.

Appointments

Scheduling, any deposit, and any cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book.

Photos you upload

You confirm you have the right to share the photos you upload, and you allow us to use them to prepare your quote and plan the work. We will not publish them without your permission.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, we will send replies to your quote request, appointment updates and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The full terms are in our Messaging Terms, and how we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

Warranties

Product warranties (such as XPEL film warranties) are provided by the manufacturer under its terms. We stand behind our installation work as described when the work is done.

Site content

The content, logos, photos and videos on this site belong to Xclusive Appearance or are used with permission, and may not be reused without our consent. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Xclusive Appearance is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
